Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

• These Terms apply to all actions taken by users when using the Service.
• The Company may change these Terms without prior notice to users. The revised Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the Service, and users shall use the Service in agreement with the latest Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

• Individuals who wish to use the Service (hereinafter referred to as 'Applicants') shall complete the user registration process in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.
• The Company may not approve the user registration application if the Applicant falls under any of the following categories.
• If the application for user registration contains false information.
• If the Company determines that the Applicant may violate these Terms.
• If the Company determines that the user registration is otherwise inappropriate.

Article 3 (Account Management)

• Users shall manage their accounts for the Service at their own responsibility.
• The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from unauthorized use of accounts.

Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activities
• Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of the Company, other users, or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the functionality of the Service's servers or networks
• Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 5 (Modification of User Submissions)

• The guide information and other content posted by users (hereinafter referred to as 'Posted Content') may be subject to corrections for typographical errors or modifications of expressions as part of the Company's system or content management. This may include automatic checks and corrections by AI, but it will not significantly alter the user's intent.
• The Company reserves the right to delete or modify content in Posted Content that it deems inappropriate, but it is not obligated to do so.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service Provision, etc.)

• The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the user in any of the following circumstances.
• When performing system maintenance or updates
• When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to disasters, power outages, or other emergencies
• Other cases where the Company deems it necessary to suspend or interrupt the Service

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

• The Company makes no warranties regarding the Service and assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred by the user as a result of using the Service.
• Even if there are defects or errors in the provision of the Service, the Company is under no obligation to correct or address them.

Article 8 (Copyright)

• The copyright of the content provided through the Service belongs to the Company or a third party with legitimate rights. Users may not reproduce, reuse, or sell these contents without the permission of the Company.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes arising between the user and the Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court as the court of first instance.
